We stayed here for a month from mid February to mid March 2017. We were in the new part of the park called the “Glen” where the lot sizes were huge- almost double that of the lots in the old section. The drawback to the newer part is that all the amenities are in the old section which is a distance away. If you have a golf cart or bike there is plenty of parking for vehicles of that size at all the amenities.
Almost all the lots in the Glen are grass, but there were signs that patios were being installed. The older section seems to have the bulk of the permanent sites (as well as patios), but there is a smattering of open spots, but be aware some seemed a bit tight access-wise.
All of the facilities were clean and everyone (staff and residents) were nice. The Glen sites were FHU 50 amp (not sure about the older section), with no cable. The wifi was spotty at times.
All in all, this is a nice place to stay. Be aware, however, at the beginning of our stay the old owners sold out to a company from California, and the last week we were there the manager was let go.
Labelle is nice, quiet little town about a 45-60 minute drive from Gulf beaches, the Everglades or Lake Okeechobee. There are several nice restaurants, and a Winn-Dixie and Walmart for groceries.l
