We stayed here for 4 days at the end of March 2017. This is a nicely maintained (and reasonably priced) park just off I-10 at exit 264, just outside of town. It’s far enough off the interstate that we didn’t experience any road noise.
The lots are level and ample sized. Laundry and all the other facilities were spotless, including the pool. There was a nice fenced in area for the four legged campers too.
It is a perfect spot for a base when visiting west Texas attractions. There is a small restaurant on site, but our touring schedule had us out of the park during operating hours, although some of our fellow campers had good things to say about it.
The staff was super friendly and made us feel very welcomed. We were greeted on the access road and escorted to our site and told we could check-in at our leisure, which we did and were greeted by a nice couple.
We did notice there were a lot of overnighters, and the place was pretty full every day- so we would definitely recommend reservations.
Our only complaint was that the Wi-Fi was temperamental (mostly in the evening). Not a big issue as we just used our hotspot.
