Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups Shredded Mozzarella Cheese 2%
- 8 oz. PHILADELPHIA Neufchatel Cheese
- 1 medium-large Red Pepper chopped
- 1 tsp. Garlic Powder
- 1 tsp. Italian Seasoning
- 1 medium Onion finely chopped
- 6 oz. Crabmeat drained
- 1 Box Crackers (your choice)
Servings: Cups
Instructions
- Reserve 1/2 cup mozzarella; keep refrigerated until ready to use.
- Hand mix all remaining ingredients (except crackers) until well blended.
- Spread into 9-inch pie plate.
- Bake at 350 for 20 min. or until crab mixture is heated through and top is lightly browned.
- Top with the reserved mozzarella. Serve with crackers.
