In a stock pan cook the chicken in both boxes of broth for about 20 minutes.
While chicken is cooking, saute the garlic, onions, peppers and jalepenos until they are tender.
After 20 minutes or so, remove the chicken from the pot and chop up into small to medium pieces. Return Cut up chicken to the stock pot.
Add the sauted items and all the other ingredients (not the optional toppings) to the stock pot and cook on simmer for about 40-60 minutes
